Vintage Is the Best!....

When I spied this charity shops I couldn't resist a little nosy. one. It is a lovely little vintage shop in the sense that I would say pretty much all the items sold are true vintage. I asked if I could take one or two photographs on my way round as I thought you may like to have your own little moochy too....

May look like a load of old junk to some, but through my eyes I can see beauty and character in every single thing. I wish there were more charity shops like this, many sell *junk* in my eyes and at rip off prices. For vintage I think this shop is very reasonably priced. In fact I bought this ever so pretty little dish on my last visit  for £3.99....

Where it home's some of my most favourite sparkly jewellery....

Hope you liked your little tour :)

  4. Wow what a lovely shop...and so reasonably priced aswell. I wish the vintage style shops in Leeds were less pricey...I tend to find some good finds in the flea market or charity shops though. The image of the records hung on the wall has given me an idea for decorating my living room walls.

    1. I agree and many charity shops have their own in house auctioneers now! Hard to find a proper bargain these days. How some can sell items for more than they are actually worth full price though is another bug bear of mine. x

You are lucky to have a CS like that near you.I think the ones round here have cottoned on to the fact that everyone loves vintage and the prices have got silly.

    1. Agree, pop the word *vintage* on to anything these days and people put the prices up. Only a couple of years ago I was getting real bargains from them, not so much these days, my old favourites have sky high prices now...Grrrrr a little x

  10. Also make sure you lock your tire to the frame of the bike, and the bike frame to the bike rack.
